Failed GIFs

Credits are reserved when you start a GIF. If generation fails, those credits are released automatically. A completed GIF uses the credit amount shown before submission.

Purchases

If purchased credits are not delivered, or a payment is duplicated, contact support@gptgif.app with your account email and payment reference so we can correct the balance or refund the charge. Free sign-up credits have no cash value and expire one month after sign-up. For unused credit packages, contact us within seven days of purchase to request a refund. Credits spent on completed GIFs are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
