GPT GIF processes the information needed to create your GIFs and run your account.

What we collect

We collect account details, any photo you upload, your prompts and generation settings, generated GIFs, payment and credit records, support messages, and standard technical logs such as IP address and browser information.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, generate and deliver GIFs, calculate credits, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Service providers

We send your prompts, and any photo you upload, to Kie.ai and fal.ai, which run the GPT Image 2.6 model that draws your GIF. Prompts may also be screened by our payment provider Waffo for content-policy compliance. We use object storage to hold uploads and results, and Waffo or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout, to process payments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not by this site.

Storage and deletion

Your uploaded photos and generated GIFs are stored so a generation can finish and you can retrieve the result. We do not use them to train our own model. Contact support@gptgif.app to request deletion of your media or account. Payment and security records may need to be retained to meet legal or fraud-prevention obligations.

Your choices

You should upload only photos you have permission to use. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@gptgif.app.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
